Not only will you be introduced to depth whilst using the breathholding techniques learnt in the PADI Basic Freediver course, but you will also have access to seeing marine life up close! Without all the scuba gear, marine creatures will be more curious and will come up to you because you aren't blowing any bubbles. Freediving in the ocean allows you to forget about the stressed in real life and will make you feel as if you're in a dream.
Students must have their own mask, snorkel, fins (preferably bifins), rubber weight belt, weights and a 5mm wetsuit. A hood and gloves may be necessary for the colder months.
Enjoyed the PADI Freediver Level 1 course? If you want to continue your freediving adventure, enroll into the PADI Advanced Freediver course which will allow you to dive to 20 metres. This course will allow you to access underwater secrets that no other has explored.
